9-11 Memorial Coalition Motorcycle Ride

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, and intending to be legally bound, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors, and my administrators, waive, release, and discharge all rights and claims which may hereafter accrue to me against the 9-11 Memorial Coalition, the organizers of this event, the owners of all property on which this event will take place, and all officers, agents, employees and all named and unnamed volunteers and sponsors from all causes, liabilities, damages, claims or demands whatsoever on account of any injury or accident suffered by me (or by any minor on whose behalf I sign) while participating in this event or using the facilities upon which this event will occur. I shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless (“Indemnify”) the 9-11 Memorial Coalition, the organizers of this event, the owners of all property on which

this event will take place, and all officers, agents, employees and all named and unnamed volunteers and sponsors from and against all liabilities, obligations, damages, penalties, claims, causes of action, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, administrative costs, and costs of appeals which may be imposed upon or incurred by or asserted by reason of my actions during the 9-11 Memorial Coalition Motorcycle Ride. I shall not engage in behavior that I know or should have known would be harmful to myself or others.  I understand that motorcycle riding is potentially dangerous and I hereby attest and affirm that I am sufficiently conditioned and trained to participate in this event and that by signing this waiver I, the undersigned, do attest that I will abide by the rules, regulations, etc. as set forth by the organizers of this ride.

ALL WEAPONS AND ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION PRIOR TO EVENT PROHIBITED! THIS IS A FULLY ESCORTED RIDE – ALL RIDERS MUST FOLLOW ESCORT VEHICLES.
